Hand soak with calendula and oats to soothe tired gardener hands

Soothing Herbal Hand Soak

Nourishes and hydrates dry and irritated skin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp dried chamomile or calendula flowers
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • warm water

Method
 

  1. Steep the herbs and oats in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes.
  2. Soak your hands for at least 10, better 15 minutes.
  3. Pat them dry and apply the healing salve.
